Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control support candidate to assist in inspection activities and maintain QA/QC documentation. You will help with NCRs, CARs, SOPs and compliance records while supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 initiatives.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Quality Management; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong documentation and MS Office skills are preferred for this hands-on position at our Johor Bahru site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection activities.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, inspection reports, NCR, CAR, WIP, SOP and related records.
• Assist in document control and filing of quality records.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation, maintenance and compliance activities.
• Assist in internal audits, external audits and audit follow-up actions.
• Monitor calibration records and arrange calibration schedules.
• Assist in monitoring machine and equipment maintenance records.
• Assist in investigation of quality issues, customer complaints and non-conforming products.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Admin and Purchasing departments on quality matters.
• Assist in preparing monthly quality reports, KPI data and compliance reports.
• Support corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
