Job summary

TALBROS in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured components. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided to help you grow in a quality-focused environment.

You will record inspection results, handle NCRs, support audits, and work closely with production to ensure products meet customer specifications and ISO 9001 standards. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, plus good English communication, are

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Basic knowledge of Quality Control / Quality Assurance processes.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards (preferred but not compulsory).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
• Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and quality improvement activities.
• Work closely with production team to solve quality issues.
