Job summary

SFP Tech Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to optimize end-to-end operations, including sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution to deliver value and efficiency.

You will develop strategies, manage suppliers, oversee inventory and production schedules, coordinate logistics, mitigate risks, and establish KPIs. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years in SCM, logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

To lead and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution while achieving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and timely delivery in alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, production, and distribution.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of materials and services.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
• Production Planning: Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely manufacturing schedules and efficient use of resources.
• Logistics and Distribution: Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing costs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them, such as alternative sourcing or contingency plans.
• Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance of the supply chain and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 8~10 years of working experience in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.
