Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced senior supply chain leader to drive end-to-end supply chain optimization across procurement, inventory planning, distribution, and logistics.

You will lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels in a multi-category retail environment, aligning supply chain strategies with growth plans and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• 5–8 years in senior leadership roles (Head of Supply Chain, Senior Manager, Director).
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
• Strong data analytics capability (Excel, BI tools, dashboards).
• End-to-end supply chain management (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and S&OP processes.

• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.


• At least 5-8 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Head of Supply Chain, Senior Manager, Director).


• Strong experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-category distribution environments.


• Experience in transformation projects (automation, system implementation, network redesign) is highly desirable.


• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, and supply chain planning tools.


• Strong data analytics capability (Excel, BI tools, dashboards).


• End-to-end supply chain management (plan, source, make, deliver).


• Inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and S&OP processes.
