Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, procurement status, cost structures, and operational trends.
• Record, track, and monitor daily directives, decisions, and action items.
• Maintain accurate and structured records of key decisions and approvals.

• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant external parties to ensure timely execution and closure.
• Proactively identify execution gaps, risks, and misalignment, and escape where required.
• Maintain accurate and structured records of key decisions, approvals, commitments, and operational matters.
• Prepare clear meeting notes, action logs, and reference documents for accountability and continuity.
• Ensure information is organized, traceable, and readily available for management review.
• Act as a strategic coordination point between the Director and internal functions including procurement, finance, operations, and project teams.
• Support alignment of communication by ensuring clarity of intent, scope, and expectations.
• Assist in preparing materials for senior management discussions and external engagements.
