KALEDI GALLERY SDN. BHD. is looking for a Purchasing Junior Executive / Purchasing Assistant in Malaysia. You will assist procurement, monitor stock levels, and research vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases that meet company needs.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support promotions, handle inquiries, maintain purchasing records, and contribute to cost reductions and efficiency gains. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Solid Organizational skills.
• Can work under minimum supervision.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and have knowledge of market research
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to plan and coordinate company promotions.
• Work closely with the Sales Department to handle customer inquiries, provide necessary support, and follow up on sales-related matters.
• Assist in the procurement process by monitoring stocks levels
• Researching vendors, tracking orders and maintaining purchasing records
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies and equipment based on the organization's needs
• Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
