Job summary

WA FURNITURE SDN. BHD. is seeking a procurement associate to source quotations from suppliers, prepare and issue purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.

You will coordinate with vendors, maintain purchasing records and supplier databases, monitor stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment, and resolve any purchasing or supplier-related issues, reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Source quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier database.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment.
• Resolve purchasing and supplier-related issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
