MOH PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD, known as MOHPHARMA, is seeking a Purchasing Executive to source raw materials, packaging, and consumables, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and traceability of purchasing records.

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good communication, negotiation and computer skills.
• Experience in purchasing within a manufacturing or nutraceutical environment is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Source and purchase raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and other items required by the Company.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers based on price, quality, delivery and payment terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to approved suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with Inventory/Warehouse, Production, QAQC, R&D and other departments on purchasing requirements.
• Monitor outstanding Purchase Orders and resolve delivery, quantity or quality issues with suppliers.
• Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List and supplier information.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and monitor supplier performance.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Maintain complete purchasing records, quotations, POs and supporting documents for traceability and audit purposes.

Responsible for purchasing materials, supplies and services required by the Company, ensuring the right quality, quantity, price and timely delivery while maintaining proper purchasing documentation.

Key responsibilities

Source and purchase raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and other items required by the Company.

Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers based on price, quality, delivery and payment terms.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to approved suppliers.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and according to specifications.
