Gardenia Bakeries (KL) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a seasoned Purchasing Executive to manage end-to-end procurement processes. You will check orders, coordinate exports/imports, and liaise with forwarders and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with food regulations.

With at least five years in purchasing and a valid driving license for travel, you will ensure adherence to the company's standard procedures and support the Purchasing & Warehousing team in daily

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for work.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Responsabilidades

• Check all purchasing orders prior to superiors’ approval;
• Handle export and import shipments and coordinate with forwarders and internal departments;
• Follow up on inadequate or vague information and other issues in purchase requisition or purchase order from departmental request;
• Track and report compliance issues related to food regulations and requirements;
• To ensure requirements of management system are complied with the company’s standard procedures;
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager Purchasing & Warehousing from time to time.
