JINGGUANG PLASTIC PRODUCTS (M) SDN BHD. is seeking a Purchasing Executive (Customs & LMW Officer) based in Senai, Johor.

The role focuses on sourcing, procurement, and maintaining efficient LM/W operations while ensuring compliance with customs requirements in an international manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability, cost control, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in purchasing and supply chain are encouraged to apply.
• Mandarin communication ability is required for supplier coordination.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, documentation, and data management.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain good supplier relationships.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prepare purchasing-related reports, cost summaries, and analysis for management review.
• Support cost improvement initiatives and handle urgent purchasing requirements when needed.

Join JINGGUANG PLASTIC PRODUCTS (M) SDN BHD as a Purchasing Executive (Customs & LMW Officer) based in Senai, Johor.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career in purchasing, supply chain coordination, and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) operations within an international manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, freight forwarders, and government authorities to ensure smooth material supply, cost efficiency, and compliance with customs requirements to support our growing business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Procurement

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.

Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.

Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of materials.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
