Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a proactive Purchasing Buyer to independently manage vendor-related tasks, including creating and adjusting purchase orders, maintaining costs, and updating ETAs. The role interfaces with suppliers to obtain order status and with the Supply Chain Program Manager to stay aligned with latest need-by dates.

You will escalate any issues to management promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth PO lifecycle, logistics, and fulfillment.

Job description

The buyer is responsible for independently handling vendor-related tasks, including setting up new parts, creating and adjusting purchase orders, maintaining costs, and updating estimated time of arrival (ETA). This role will need to interface with vendors to obtain order status and with the Supply Chain Program Manager to stay updated on the latest need by dates. He/She will also promptly escal… any issues or problems to the management team.
