Job summary

1. Procurement & Vendor Management
   • Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers in line with company policies.
   • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
   • Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines.
   • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to support operational needs.
2. Inventory Management
   • Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
   • Coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
   • Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Logistics & Distribution
   • Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery of goods.
   • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
   • Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound logistics.
4. Planning & Coordination
   • Support demand planning and forecasting activities.
   • Work closely with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance) to align supply chain processes.
   • Assist in developing and improving supply chain procedures.
5. Reporting & Compliance
   • Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory, and logistics performance.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
   • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
