Responsibilities
- Support the processing of purchase requisitions and the creation of purchase orders.
- Keep detailed and current records of all procurement activities, encompassing supplier details, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of products and services, addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise.
- Provide administrative assistance to the purchasing team, which includes organizing files, entering data, and handling inquiries.
