Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a purchasing professional to manage sourcing, negotiation and procurement of production materials. You will coordinate with Engineering and vendors to ensure timely delivery and price confirmations.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and purchase materials for production use.
• Ensure timely purchase of parts as per schedule for production use.
• Follow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules.
• Source new vendors and confirm purchase prices.
• Follow up on samples approval from Engineering Department.
• Arrange rejected goods for return.
