Job summary

GPI Technology Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor is seeking an Admin Executive to manage purchasing, customer service and daily warehouse operations. You will coordinate procurement of materials and oversee order processing and deliveries.

The role is suitable for candidates with at least 2 years in purchasing or customer service, or fresh graduates. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and good English communication are required. The position follows a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage inventory of raw materials, components and finished goods to meet production and sales demands

• Process and follow up on customer orders and deliveries
• Prepare invoices, DO and related documents; arrange delivery
• Oversee warehouse operation such as receiving, stock take etc.

About the role

What you'll be doing

• Procuring and managing inventory of raw materials, components and finished goods to meet production and sales demands

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Processing and following up on customer orders and deliveries
• Prepare invoice, DO and related documents and arrange delivery
• Oversee warehouse operation such as receiving, stock take etc.

Requirement

• Preferable minimum 2 year's experience in a purchasing or customer service role
• Fresh graduate are welcome as well
• Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Proficient to communicate in English
• 5 and half days work per week
