Job summary

GPI Technology Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor, is seeking an Admin Executive to oversee purchasing, customer service, and daily warehouse operations. The role requires coordinating procurement of raw materials and components to meet production needs while ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

You will negotiate with suppliers, handle invoicing and related documents, respond to inquiries, and maintain ERP and MS Office workflows.

Qualifications

• Preferable minimum 2 year's experience in a purchasing or customer service role
• Fresh graduate are welcome as well
• Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Procurement and inventory management of raw materials, components and finished goods to meet production and sales demands
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Process and follow up on customer orders and deliveries
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders and related documents and arrange delivery
• Oversee warehouse operations such as receiving and stock takes
