Job summary

FEPA in Malaysia is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support daily purchasing activities and ensure materials are available for smooth production operations.

You will liaise with suppliers, Production, Planning, Warehouse and Finance, and maintain accurate purchasing records in the ERP system. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided to grow in Purchasing and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in purchasing, supply chain, business or logistics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; purchasing/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily purchasing activities: quotation, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Production, Planning, Warehouse and Finance on purchasing needs.
• Assist in handling urgent orders, delivery delays and material shortages.
• Maintain purchasing records and update the ERP system.
• Support supplier sourcing, evaluation and cost-saving activities.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.
