Job summary

FEPA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support the purchasing team and ensure materials and components are available on time for production. This role offers a path to grow within Purchasing and Supply Chain.

Qualifications include a Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and Excel skills are preferred.

• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily purchasing activities, including quotation, purchase orders and supplier follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Production, Planning, Warehouse and Finance on purchasing requirements.
• Handle urgent orders, delivery delays and material shortages.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update the ERP system.

We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support our purchasing team in ensuring materials and components are available on time for smooth production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Purchasing & Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily purchasing activities, including quotation, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up.

Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

Monitor outstanding orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

Liaise with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance on purchasing requirements.

Assist in handling urgent orders, delivery delays, and material shortages.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and update the ERP system.

Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and cost-saving activities.

Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; purchasing/manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Positive attitude, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
