Job summary

FEPA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Purchaser to join its growing manufacturing team in Malaysia. The role focuses on daily purchasing activities, supplier sourcing, negotiation, and coordination with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Finance.

You will maintain records in the ERP, chase urgent orders, monitor lead times, and support cost-saving initiatives. Diploma/degree and 1–3 years' experience in manufacturing purchasing are preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication, negotiation, and supplier coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• ERP/purchasing system experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Purchasing and Supply Chain are also encouraged to apply.

• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

We are looking for a Purchaser to join our growing manufacturing team. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working with suppliers and coordinating with different departments, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily purchasing activities, including quotation, sourcing, PO issuance, and supplier follow-up.

Source and compare suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery lead time.

Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
