Job summary

FEPA Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Purchasing Executive to source and manage local and overseas suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality and timely delivery. You will prepare, issue and follow up on purchase orders while building strong supplier relationships.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Supply Chain, at least 2 years in purchasing, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of overseas import processes and Autocount is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience dealing with overseas suppliers and import processes is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount system.
• Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
