Job summary
FEPA Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead daily QC inspections, supervise inspectors, and ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse, drive RCA and CAPA, prepare quality reports, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement through coaching and training of the QC team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance; supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of QC inspection methods, quality standards, and documentation.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools, and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily QC inspection and testing activities.
- Lead and manage QC Inspectors/Technicians, including work allocation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure incoming materials, in-process and finished products meet specifications.
- Monitor production quality and identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Investigate quality issues and coordinate RCA and CAPA.
- Review inspection reports, quality records, and test results for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare quality reports and monitor key quality KPIs.
- Work with Production, Engineering, Warehouse to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal, customer, and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and reduction of defects and complaints.
- Provide training and coaching to QC team.

Job description
We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead and supervise daily quality control activities and ensure our products and processes consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and coordinate daily QC inspection and testing activities.
Lead and manage QC Inspectors/Technicians, including work allocation and performance monitoring.
Ensure incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products meet required specifications.
Monitor production quality and identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Investigate quality issues and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Review inspection reports, quality records, and test results for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare quality reports and monitor key quality performance indicators.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Support internal, customer, and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable ISO 9001 requirements.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and reduction of defects, rejection, and customer complaints.
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to QC team members.
Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably with supervisory experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of QC inspection methods, quality standards, and documentation.
Familiar with ISO 9001, RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools, and problem-solving techniques.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
