KITCHEN SOLUTIONS CONSOLIDATE SDN. BHD. in Puchong, Selangor is seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to support our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring smooth material flow for manufacturing operations.

You will manage end-to-end purchasing, maintain stock records, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare procurement reports. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in purchasing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and following up on outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to identify replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, ensure timely delivery, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of purchasing policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required.

About the role

KITCHEN SOLUTIONS CONSOLIDATE SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies to enable efficient manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and following up on outstanding orders

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to identify replenishment needs

Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any discrepancies

Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis to support decision-making

Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of purchasing policies and procedures

Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Proficient in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of procurement regulations, supplier management, and inventory control best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals
