Job summary

Exal Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuching is seeking a senior sales leader to head the property sales team, drive performance and shape a fast-moving development company's growth.

You will lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve bookings, conversions and revenue; collaborate with Marketing on launches and campaigns.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Property Management and at least 3 years of high-value property sales experience, with a proven track record.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in property development, real estate or high-value consultative sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Experience leading a sales team or a strong senior sales professional ready to step into management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to coach others while remaining hands-on in sales.
• Proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented.
