Job summary

Opus Hospitality in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent Sales Administration and Credit Control support to ensure smooth daily operations in our sales gallery. You will manage agent rosters, handle payments, and maintain purchaser records in our property system.

You will coordinate SPA and loan documentation with purchasers, agents, and solicitors, monitor receivables, and prepare management reports, while maintaining accurate filing and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of property sales processes, SPA, and loan documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingly to work during weekends, off days will be on weekdays (2 days)

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily upkeep and operational readiness of the sales gallery, managing sales agent rosters.
• Replenish and manage replacement of sundries, refreshments, and office supplies.
• Support and execution of property launches and sales events.
• Prepare, maintain and update purchaser records, sales documentation and information in the property system (e.g. Intsoft or similar software).
• Provide accurate project information, pricing, and promotional materials to purchasers and agents.
• Coordinate with purchasers, sales agents, solicitors on SPA, loan documentation and other related matters.
• Monitor SPA and loan documentation to ensure timely execution and completion.
• Handle progressive billings, payment collections, reminders and outstanding receivables.
• Monitor purchaser accounts, aging and reconciliation of receivables.
• Compile and maintain sales, collection, and management reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
