Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support the sales team in daily operations and coordination. The role is full-time and based in Kuala Lumpur, with responsibilities spanning correspondence, proposals, contracts, and event orders.

You will maintain client databases, assist in preparing materials, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements, while upholding a professional image.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Type all correspondences and provide back up support to the allocated sales personnel.
• Handle inquiries, ensure prompt follow-ups and for all proposals, contracts, correspondence and banquet event orders as required, maintaining a professional image.
• Assist in coordinating sales activities, client meetings, and events.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records accurately.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Handle inquiries from clients and assist with follow-ups to ensure excellent service.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Monitor sales data and assist in generating reports for management review.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related materials.
