Job summary

GuocoLand Malaysia seeks a Credit Administration Executive to support credit control and administration across the property sales cycle. You will ensure accurate documentation, timely billing, and on-time collections while coordinating with purchasers, solicitors and financiers.

You will monitor SPA-related documents, coordinate loan paperwork and drawdowns, and manage purchaser accounts. The role offers exposure to end-financing, title transfers and stakeholder liaison in a dynamic property

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Property Management or related fields.
• Experience in Credit Administration, Credit Control, Sales Administration or Property Administration.
• Exposure to progressive billing and purchaser collections.
• Knowledge of Housing Development Act processes will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with loan releases and end-financing documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and credit control across the property sales cycle, ensuring timely documentation, billing and collections.
• Monitor SPA execution and related documentation.
• Coordinate loan documentation and loan drawdowns.
• Issue progressive billings upon Architect certification.
• Follow up with purchasers and financiers on outstanding payments.
• Manage purchaser accounts and receivables.
• Liaise with solicitors, financiers and stakeholders.
• Track vacant possession, MOT and strata title transfers.
• Handle purchaser and sales team enquiries.
• Prepare collection and ageing reports for management review.
