Job summary

BMG GLOBAL SDN. BHD, a property and real estate development company established in 2005, seeks a Sales Admin & Credit Control Executive (junior or senior) to manage end-to-end post-booking processes. You will coordinate SPA, loan documentation, and collections with bankers, solicitors, and purchasers.

The role involves regulatory submissions, project launches, and maintaining accurate records in IFCA. Multilingual ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate/Property Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• 2–5 years’ experience in sales administration or credit control within property development.
• Hands-on experience with property management systems (e.g., IFCA).
• Solid understanding of property sale procedures and Housing Development Act (HDA).

Responsibilities

• Booking & SPA processing: verify purchaser details and prepare SPA/DMC.
• Stakeholder coordination with solicitors, banks, agents, and purchasers.
• System maintenance: update purchaser records and unit status in IFCA.
• Regulatory compliance: assist with submissions via HIMS/KPKT platforms.
• Project launches and handover: support galleries, roadshows, VP documentation.
• Credit control & collections: issue invoices, track loan disbursement, pursue overdue payments.
• Reporting: prepare weekly/monthly sales admin, billing, and aging reports.
• Customer service: handle inquiries on SPA status, loan progress and payments.
