Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management or a related real estate field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients, tenants and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
• Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and best practices in residential property management.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager/Operations Manager to join our growing team at VAM Property Management Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our diverse residential property portfolio. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within our dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively managing and maintaining a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-kept and tenant-ready
• Conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repair work, and addressing any tenant concerns in a timely manner
• Overseeing the collection of rents, processing of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable tenants, as well as managing tenancy agreements and renewals
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants
• Staying up-to-date with relevant industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in residential property management
• Contributing to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives to enhance the company's property management operations

What we're looking for
