Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all development and construction activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Oversee project operations and construction processes to meet objectives.
• Lead the development team for implementation and completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants/architects and contractors.
• Review drawings, documents, reports and costs from design to construction.
• Provide pre-construction feasibility analysis and budgeting.
• Conduct site inspections to review progress.
• Prepare construction planning, cost control and sequencing for high-rise buildings.
• Direct project personnel to progress on schedule and budget.
• Monitor CCC and handover processes and manage defects.
• Prepare weekly progress reports.
