Job summary

Allied Group Property Services Sdn Bhd is a progressive and experienced property management provider, delivering client services and value to residential and commercial properties in Malaysia.

We are seeking a proactive individual to assist the Building Manager in daily operations, maintenance planning, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily management and operations of the property.
• Monitor building maintenance, cleanliness, security, landscaping, and other facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Attend to residents’/owners’ complaints, enquiries, and feedback.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building facilities.
• Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification.
• Assist in managing maintenance schedules and service contracts.
• Prepare reports, notices, work orders, and other property management documents.
• Assist with meetings, inspections, and other management office activities.
• Ensure compliance with building rules, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Building Manager or Management.
