We are seeking a Building Supervisor in Penang to oversee daily operations, coordinate contractors and ensure safety and compliance, while maintaining high standards for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Duties require supervising and coordinating daily building/site operations.
• Experience in contractor management and maintenance coordination.
• Ability to monitor safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication to handle resident/tenant inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily building/site operations.
• Monitor contractors, maintenance works and cleaning services.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure the building is well maintained.
• Handle complaints, enquiries and feedback from residents/tenants.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance works and follow up with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building rules, safety requirements and regulations.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports and maintain proper site records.
• Monitor building facilities, common areas and equipment.
• Assist the Building Manager with administrative and operational matters.
• Ensure a safe, clean and efficient environment for residents and visitors.
