Job summary

Windsor Land in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Property & Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of completed projects, maintain buildings and common areas, and ensure safety and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendor performance, handle tenant relations, and coordinate handover from development to management, with focus on cost control and asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Building Surveying, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant property/building management experience; 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757), Strata Titles Act 1985 (Act 318), Housing Development Act (HA) and local authority by-laws.
• Proven track record in VP/handover workflows, organizing AGM/EGMs for JMB/MC, and managing operational budgets.
• Registration with BOVAEP as a Registered Property Manager is a distinct advantage.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, vendor management, financial literacy, and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of completed projects and ensure facilities are well maintained.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers; monitor expenditures.
• Handle tenant, owner, and purchaser matters; address complaints professionally.
• Lead property management teams and set KPIs; conduct training.
• Coordinate handover from development to property management; manage defects.
• Prepare regular property and operational reports for senior management; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Represent the developer in JMB/MC/AGM meetings and liaise with authorities.
