Job summary

The successful candidate will build trackers and dashboards, monitor progress, and document SOPs while coordinating with Operations, Tech, Product, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder discussions

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder discussions
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics
• Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, tracking, and closure
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) to implement solutions
• Optimize and standardize workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
• Build trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress and measure results

Requirements:
