Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis - Project Management, Scommerce to drive strategic initiatives across operations. You will lead project planning, milestone tracking, and coordinate across ground operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in management consulting or project management, with experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting and/or project management.
• Knowledgeable on the tools and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and projects.
• Prior involvement in full spectrum of project lifecycle from framework design up to execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall project planning and tracking of milestones across all workstreams to achieve the desired business outcomes.
• Establish project metrics and timelines and ensure clear communication to ground operations by driving execution at the ground level to ensure project feasibility and success.
• Identification and management of key project issues and risks utilizing past project expertise and establishing mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Analysis - Project Management, Scommerce

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Ideation of strategic business initiatives leveraging on your ability in project management and consulting methodology framework
• Lead overall project planning and tracking of milestones across all workstreams to achieve the desired business outcomes
• Establish project metrics and timelines and ensure clear communication to ground operations by driving execution at the ground level to ensure project feasibility and success
• Identification and management of key project issues and risks utilising past project expertise and establishing mitigation and contingency strategies
• Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting and/ or project management
• Knowledgeable on the tools and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and projects
• Prior involvement in full spectrum of project lifecycle from framework design up to execution
• Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
