Job summary

Shopee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional to join the Business Development and Partnerships team. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, mapping processes, and driving data‑driven improvements that boost efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinate with Operations, Tech, Product and Finance, and build trackers and dashboards to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Process optimization: process mapping, root-cause analysis, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strong Excel skills: INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic data cleaning and analysis.
• Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from gap identification through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Good organization and the ability to run multiple projects at once.
• Prior project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder discussions.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) to implement solutions.
• Optimize and standardize workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Build trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress and measure results.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Document SOPs and drive adoption of new processes.
