Job summary

Global Lancesoft Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead End User Computing projects from initiation through delivery. You will collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and customers to ensure timely, quality execution and clear communication across stakeholders.

Candidates should have 3+ years in project coordination or PM, a Bachelor's degree in IT, PM, Business, or related field, strong English and stakeholder skills, and proficiency with MS Excel, Word

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, project management, program management, or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track project progress.
• Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations and Project Management teams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables; escalate when required.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery.
• Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.
• Work with tools such as Financial Force (FF), DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.
