Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive End User Computing (EUC) projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations and customers to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

You will review requirements, track progress, maintain project documentation, coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations and PM teams, monitor risks and deliverables, and act as the go‑to contact for stakeholders while supporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, PM, program management or sales ops.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, PM, Business or related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder mgmt, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Technical understanding of PC operating systems/deployment environments an advantage.
• Strong customer-facing skills and fluent English.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift / US hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track progress.
• Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations and PM teams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues and deliverables; escalate when required.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation and delivery.
• Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.
• Work with tools such as FF, DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool and FMT.
