Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage End User Computing projects from initiation to delivery in Malaysia, coordinating with PM, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely execution.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields, strong English communication, and the ability to work permanent night US hours. Location is Penang, with a permanent night shift. Knowledge of FF, DOMS, and related tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, project management, program management, or sales operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Technical understanding of PC operating systems/deployment environments is an advantage.
• Strong customer-facing skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track project progress.
• Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables; escalate when required.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery.
• Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.
• Work with tools such as Financial Force (FF), DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.
