Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the End User Computing (EUC) Operations Team, supporting configuration services and customized customer projects.

You will coordinate activities across Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations and Customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. This long-term contract role requires 3+ years of experience and mandates permanent US hours/night shift.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing complex customer projects.

We're Hiring: Project Coordinator | End User Computing (EUC)

Shift: Permanent Night Shift / US Hours

Experience: 3+ Years

Contract: Long-term contract – minimum 2 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join an End User Computing (EUC) Operations Team supporting configuration services and customized customer projects.

You will coordinate activities across Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects.
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in relevant systems.
• Submit, track, and coordinate projects through the engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate project-specific part numbers and system configurations.
• Manage activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and escalations.
• Prepare regular project status updates and reports.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, planning discussions, and project reviews.
• Support project planning, scheduling, governance, and delivery oversight.
• Assist with quality assurance and validation of project deliverables.
• Identify issues, coordinate resolutions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work with enterprise tools and platforms used for configuration services and project execution.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Program Management, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Technical understanding of PC operating systems and deployment environments is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work permanent US hours/night shift.
