Job summary

Easy Pack Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and supervise the assembly of automation system integration projects within the factory. Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, E&E Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong logic and reasoning skills; Diploma holders with strong problem-solving ability considered.
• At least 1 year of experience in machine assembly, manufacturing, automation equipment, or project supervision.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and electrical/pneumatic schematics.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Job description

Coordinate and supervise the assembly of automation system integration projects within the factory.

Coordinate project resources, materials, and manpower to support smooth project execution.

Supervise non-standard automation system integration projects with an estimated total annual project value of approximately RM 5–6 million.

Supervise mechanical assembly, machine integration, and internal testing activities.

Ensure assemblies are carried out according to approved engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during machine integration and factory testing.

Flag any layout variations, component interferences, or necessary material substitutions for formal design/BOM updates.

Ensure projects meet internal engineering standards and customer specifications.

Maintain project records including assembly progress, inspection reports, punch lists, and completion status.

Ensure assembly activities comply with company safety procedures and workshop regulations.

Promote good housekeeping and safe working practices within the assembly area.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, E&E Engineering or other related disciplines.

Strong logic and reasoning skills are essential; candidates with a Diploma but demonstrated strong problem-solving ability will also be considered.

At least 1 year of experience in machine assembly, manufacturing, automation equipment, or project supervision.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, pneumatic/electrical schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects and work effectively across departments.
