Precision Control Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to support Process Automation and System Integration projects.

You will act as the technical and operational bridge between clients, engineering teams, site subcontractors, and equipment vendors. The role requires 1–2 years in Industrial Automation or control systems, strong organizational and communication skills in English and Malay, and willingness to travel regionally for FAT/SAT and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Industrial Automation, Control Systems (PLC/SCADA/DCS), or System Integration projects; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
• Technical baseline: Familiarity with electrical schematics, field instrumentation, panel design, or PLC/SCADA architecture (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Ignition).
• Tools: Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Word for reporting and scheduling.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites across the region for FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities among clients, internal teams, panel builders, and site subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Request and evaluate technical quotes from vendors, track project expenses, and assist the PM with budget control.
• Maintain project schedules (MS Project), prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, site documentation, and document control.
• Assist in FAT, SAT, site installation checks, and commissioning activities.
• Serve as on-site interface, managing site clearance, safety compliance, and schedule alignment with main contractors.
