Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, E&E Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong logic and reasoning skills; Diploma holders with strong problem-solving ability considered.
• At least 1 year of experience in machine assembly, manufacturing, automation equipment, or project supervision.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and electrical/pneumatic schematics.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the assembly of automation system integration projects within the factory.
• Coordinate project resources, materials, and manpower to support smooth project execution.
• Oversee non-standard automation projects with annual value of RM 5–6 million.
• Supervise mechanical assembly, machine integration, and internal testing activities.
• Ensure assemblies follow approved drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
• Support troubleshooting during machine integration and factory testing.
• Flag layout variations or BOM updates and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain project records and progress reports.
