Job summary

iBroad Solutions seeks a Project & Solution Analyst to understand business requirements, analyse processes, support solution design, and coordinate with business and technical teams throughout project delivery.

You will gather and analyse requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and process walkthroughs, and translate them into practical solution designs, workflows, validations, and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops and walkthroughs.
• Analyse AS-IS / TO-BE processes, workflows, business rules, user journeys, roles and data requirements.
• Prepare BRD/FRD, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and logs.
• Translate business requirements into practical solution designs, workflows, validations, reports and system requirements.
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Solution Architects, Developers, QA and Infrastructure teams.
• Support project coordination, scope/change management, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
• Define and support SIT/UAT, defect clarification, fix validation and sign-off.
• Assist with go-live, user training, documentation and post-launch improvements.
• Support solution proposals, demos and new digital/project initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Analyse AS-IS / TO-BE processes, workflows, business rules, user journeys, roles, approvals and data requirements

Prepare BRD/FRD, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and decision logs

Translate business requirements into practical solution designs, workflows, validations, reports, dashboards and system requirements

Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Solution Architects, Developers, QA and Infrastructure teams

Support project coordination, scope/change management, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication

Define and support SIT/UAT, defect clarification, fix validation and sign-off

Assist with go-live, user training, documentation and post-launch improvements

Support solution proposals, demos and new digital/project initiatives
