Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, system flows, and user stories for scalable, compliant digital banking solutions.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze impact, define integrations, and develop FSDs, test strategies, and cases, supporting the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in functional design, testing, and implementation delivery.
• Techno-functional background with understanding of system flows and integrations.
• Familiar with tools like JIRA / QC and planning tools (Excel, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in Digital Banking (Internet/Mobile Banking) is required.
