Job summary

Bien Interiors Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our project sites. You will coordinate trades, ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications and schedules, and uphold safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate/Diploma in Construction with 2–5 years of site supervision experience (preferably on high‑rise projects) and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in construction is required.
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience, preferably on high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequence and site coordination.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Willing to work long hours on-site and under site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction works.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
• Monitor site workmanship, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel.
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager / Engineer.
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are properly managed on site.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and support smooth project execution.
