Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure safety and quality standards on our construction projects.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in site supervision, a valid CIDB Green Card, and willingness to travel to project locations as needed. Strong discipline and reliable working hours are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to address site-specific concerns.
• Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, efficiently.
