Job summary

HB Glass & Aluminium is seeking a construction site supervisor in Malaysia to lead field teams. The role requires proven supervision experience on construction projects, deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, and strong communication and leadership skills.

You will read drawings, manage safety, and coordinate with subcontractors and main contractors to keep projects on track. Responsibilities include daily site inspections, reporting progress, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site checks and inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports detailing work, manpower, materials, and site issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and main contractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion per project timelines.
• Enforce site safety protocols and company regulations.
• Report delays, risks, or deviations to the Project Manager promptly.
• Assist in site logistics, material management, and site housekeeping.
