Job summary

SS Lai Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring drawings and specs are followed, and maintaining safety standards on site.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of site experience, be able to read construction drawings, and possess strong communication and organizational skills to resolve on-site issues effectively.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and workers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Prepare site reports and update project progress.
• Address site issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions.
