Job summary

ENGENIOUS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and timely reporting to management.

The role requires a diploma/certificate in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management and 2–5 years of site supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience on construction/engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies (HSE requirements).
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities (daily reports, site diaries, etc.).
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients when required.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
