Job summary

ECO MEGA BUILDERS SDN. BHD. is seeking a on-site Construction Supervisor to oversee projects, ensuring work on schedule and meeting quality standards.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors, manage workers, prepare site diaries and progress reports, perform material quality checks, resolve issues and support the office with progress claims. Willingness to travel to outstations is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to travel and work outstation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction work on site and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Job description

Supervise construction work on site to ensure that projects are carried out according to work schedule and quality standard / work in tight schedule and deadline.

Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Manage workers & receive goods on site.

Prepare and submit proper record of site diary, site measurement and project progress.

Perform quality checks on the project’s materials and construction quality.

Resolve site issues.

Assist the office team in progress claims and sub-contractors' claims matters.

Any other task which may be assigned from time to time by the superior and management.

Requirements
